[part3_structure]: Key Responsibilities

In this essential support role, you will be responsible for the general upkeep and smooth running of our factory. Your key duties will include:

• Performing general cleaning and housekeeping throughout the factory to maintain a high standard of presentation and safety.
• Conducting basic maintenance tasks such as painting walls, repairing minor fixtures, and general upkeep of work areas.
• Safely lifting, moving, and organising materials, boxes, and finished goods as required.
• Identifying and addressing small maintenance issues proactively.
• Supporting the production team with various odd jobs and practical tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
• Helping to maintain a tidy, organised, and hazard-free work environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for a hands-on, reliable individual with the following attributes:

• A practical, can-do attitude and a strong pride in your work.
• Good physical fitness and comfort with manual tasks, including lifting and moving items.
• The ability to work independently, use initiative, and complete tasks to a high standard.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• A basic understanding of handyman or light maintenance tasks is an advantage, but a willingness to learn is most important.
