Key Responsibilities

You will be the face of RENZ’s technical excellence, ensuring our clients’ equipment operates flawlessly. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing on-site problem-solving, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs for a range of sophisticated equipment.
  • Performing scheduled service calls for fault registration, part replacements, and customers on maintenance contracts.
  • Installing, commissioning, and testing new equipment at customer premises.
  • Conducting customer training on machine operation and basic programming.
  • Supporting the sales team with technical demonstrations.
  • Generating detailed, itemised service and installation reports.
  • Proactively looking for ways to improve equipment reliability and performance.

Qualifications

We are looking for a reliable, positive professional with a blend of technical skill and customer service excellence. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven electro-mechanical experience in a technical service or maintenance role.
  • A strong background in a customer-facing service environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude.

  • Good general computer skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously while being a supportive team player.
  • A current driver’s licence and a professional demeanour.
