Key Responsibilities
As a core member of our assembly team, you will be hands-on in creating our signature products. Your key duties will include:
- Assembling, wiring, and commissioning high-end LED displays, lighting systems, and AV equipment to exact specifications.
- Diagnosing and repairing technical issues with LED panels and systems, which may involve hardware replacement or software configuration.
- Reading and meticulously following job-specific blueprints, 3D models, and job sheets to ensure every display is built correctly.
- Identifying and troubleshooting faults in electronic devices and assemblies.
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and safety in all tasks, which may involve working at heights and handling heavy components.
Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated individual with a solid technical foundation and a great attitude. The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong understanding of electronics and basic PC systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina for hands-on assembly work, including some heavy lifting.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- At least two years of experience in assembly, electronics, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Ability to safely operate basic power tools.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a strong eagerness to learn.
- Forklift, EWP, or Test and Tag licences are advantageous, but not essential. Novastar software experience is also a plus.
