Key Responsibilities
Room Inspection Support:
- Conduct room inspections across assigned guest floors and room categories in support of the Hilton Nagoya housekeeping team’s daily quality management program, carefully assessing each inspected room against the Hilton standard for cleanliness, presentation, amenity placement, linen and towel condition, and overall guest readiness before rooms are released for guest occupancy or returned to the available inventory
- Report any room condition concerns, maintenance issues, missing amenities, or presentation discrepancies identified during inspection to the housekeeping supervisor promptly and accurately, providing the specific room number and detailed observation needed for timely corrective action before the affected room is assigned to an arriving guest
Amenity Delivery and Restocking:
- Deliver amenities and guest supplies to assigned guest rooms accurately and promptly throughout the shift, ensuring every delivery is handled with the professional discretion, courteous knock and announcement procedure, and genuine guest-consideration that delivering items to occupied or preparing guest rooms at a luxury international hotel requires

Team Support and Collaboration:
