Key Responsibilities

Glass Vial Filling Monitoring and Associated Production Tasks:

Monitor the glass vial filling process for pharmaceutical vaccine formulations within the Hikari production site’s GMP-compliant manufacturing environment, observing filling line operations attentively and continuously throughout each production run to identify any filling volume deviations, particulate contamination risks, equipment performance anomalies, or process parameter excursions that require immediate reporting and corrective action
Perform all associated production support tasks related to the vaccine glass vial filling operation as directed by the production supervisor, including equipment preparation, line clearance verification, in-process inspection activities, component handling, and any other tasks that support the safe, compliant, and on-schedule execution of the vaccine filling production program at the Hikari site
