Key Responsibilities
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness throughout your shift, including floors, drains, and work surfaces.
- Wash and store kitchen equipment properly, ensuring everything is ready for the next use.
- Manage waste disposal according to procedures, keeping the area tidy and hygienic.
- Follow all hygiene and safety procedures, including proper use of cleaning chemicals.
- Work efficiently as part of the team, especially during busy periods.
- Report any maintenance or supply needs to supervisors.
Qualifications
Required:
- Must provide your own black long pants and black safety boots.
- For Jurong and Alexandra locations: you must bring your own meals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Comfortable working in a non-halal workplace.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Willing to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in kitchen cleaning, hygiene, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene procedures.
Locations and Schedules
- Jurong: 5:30 PM – 11:30 PM (bring own meals)
- Changi: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM (meals provided)
- Alexandra: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (bring own meals)
- Orchard: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (meals provided)
