Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting and hiring activities through social networks and other platforms to identify and attract qualified candidates for medical industry positions.
- Conduct interview processes ensuring a professional and supportive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
- Handle human resources and labor management tasks including onboarding, employee records, and day to day HR support for team members.
- Provide general affairs support assisting with office administration and ensuring smooth daily operations in the Tokyo office.
- Engage in sales activities to build relationships with medical facilities and understand their staffing needs.
- Support international team members with visa related matters drawing on the company’s extensive experience in certificate of eligibility applications.
- Collaborate with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds in a supportive, team oriented environment.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using PC skills to support efficient operations.
Qualifications
Candidates must have graduated from a professional training college or higher. No prior experience is required as training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for those new to the industry. Interest in the Japanese medical industry is highly valued as this will help you connect with the company’s mission. PC skills including proficiency with standard office software are required. Candidates should be able to take responsibility for their work and approach tasks positively and proactively from start to finish. The ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team is essential. Japanese language proficiency suitable for workplace communication is required to support interactions with clients and team members.
Benefits and Perks
This full time permanent position offers a monthly salary of 280,000 yen with annual salary increases based on performance. Commuting expenses are provided. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with a one hour lunch break, providing a stable and predictable routine. Weekends and public holidays are off with a complete two day weekend system. Paid annual leave is available. The office is conveniently located in Ginza, Tokyo, approximately one minute on foot from Ginza Station making for an easy commute.
